The brief called for a new e-commerce website that seamlessly blended elegance and functionality, with a sophisticated, modern aesthetic.
As with any project, we begin by immersing ourselves in the brand’s history and core values. Our design approach respects and builds upon the existing legacy, reinterpreting it through a contemporary lens.
Drawing inspiration from the company’s historical marketing materials, we incorporated select typographic and linear elements, alongside the signature Azure blue, to emphasize key and actionable components throughout the site.
A key focus was organizing and designing the content to ensure clarity and ease of discovery. Shoppers enjoy flexible ways to find exactly what they’re looking for—whether through curated collections, filtering options, popular combinations, or customizing their own rings.
Honoring the company’s legacy, craftsmanship, and emphasis on human connection, the educational and research elements are thoughtfully integrated throughout the experience.
In 2016, live chat and location-based in-store appointment features were introduced as innovative technologies, still emerging and not yet widely adopted.
